Desktop Marketing Solutions, Inc. (DMSI) began in 1997 with a single strong conviction: that companies badly needed a firm to "bridge the gap" between their marketing function and their database function. Too many companies suffered from the phenomenon of being data-rich and information-poor. When we discovered Dydacomp's Multichannel Order Manager (MOM) software in 1998, we realized it's potential in solving this problem for our clients.
In 1999, DMSI implemented Multichannel Order Manager at one client, then another. Soon, DMSI became a certified technical consultant for Multichannel Order Manager. Since that time, DMSI has assisted more than 100 MOM clients with their needs, specializing in MOM installation and marketing consulting.
In 2001, DMSI expanded our services to begin working with other catalog software vendors as well. In 2003, DMSI introduced WiseGuys Marketing Software, which links directly with MOM and other applications. In 2007, DMSI further expanded MOM related services with the launch of this web site. Unlike other tech support sites, our audience is MOM executives who need help with either MOM installation or marketing services.
